Giuseppe  Soda is a Rome-based inventor, engineer, and business strategist with a  strong track record in advanced environmental monitoring technologies  and sustainable infrastructure. As  Lead at Novel Tech Partners, he  combines deep technical acumen with a strategic vision for scaling  innovation across sectors including waste management, infrastructure  resilience, and health care systems.
Giuseppe is the inventor of Sentinel, a patented pipeline monitoring  solution developed in collaboration with leading academic institutions  such as Tor Vergata University and the University of Padova. His work  bridges the gap between research, technology commercialization, and  strategic deployment across Europe, with a focus on creating long-term,  high-impact solutions. With a background that spans product innovation, partnership  development, and cross-border project execution, Giuseppe brings a  multidisciplinary approach to solving complex challenges. When not  engaged in technology strategy or field operations, he enjoys golfing in  the Roman countryside.

Roberto Terranova is not only our VP in Europe but is the President of CONFASSOCIAZIONI, the Confederation of Professional Associations representing over 420,000 professionals and 120,000 businesses across Italy and Europe. Founded in 2013, CONFASSOCIAZIONI unites more than 225 organizations operating in professions not governed by formal professional orders, collectively contributing to over 9% of Italy’s GDP.

Under Roberto’s leadership, the organization promotes equity, innovation, and economic development by championing the role of associative professions within Italy’s constitutional, legislative, and socio-economic frameworks.
